Morning Prayer

Heavenly Father,

As the sun rises, we lift our hearts to You in gratitude.

“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).

Thank You for the gift of a new day, filled with Your mercies that are “new every morning” (Lamentations 3:22-23).

Lord, we ask for Your guidance today.
“Order our steps in Your Word, and let not any iniquity have dominion over us” (Psalm 119:133).

“Let the words of our mouths and the meditations of our hearts be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, our Rock and our Redeemer” (Psalm 19:14).

Help us to “put on the full armour of God, so that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil” (Ephesians 6:11).

Teach us to “walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us” (Ephesians 5:2).

May Your peace, “which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7).

Bless the work of our hands and help us to “do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him” (Colossians 3:17).

We dedicate this day to You, Lord, trusting in Your unfailing love.
